Price realized was $4900 per acre
Tract #2: This tract will be 155 acres more or less. Cropland 141.3 acres. Approximately 5 acres to be surveyed off at sellers expense for homesite at 2337 M Avenue. Taxable acres 149.09 m/l. Method of sale 149.09 X bid price to determine total sales price. 1.4 acres enrolled in CRP. CSR 73.2
Price realized was $4550 per acre
Farmstead: Two story 3 bedroom home built in 1890 with 2 car garage. 2 wood frame barns, chicken house and small miscellaneous sheds. Price realized $75,000
Total price realized at the auction $1,130,463.50

Hey Ken this is my attempt to overthrow Lucky! (Just joking Lucky) Actually the gap between he and I has been widening over the last two months. I need to work harder.
The truth is Bob at AR allowed me to have two profiles since I actually fit two different profiles. My concern was if someone came to the site looking for a real estate auctioneer in Iowa they would never find me as my original profile is as a real estate agent.
